Education is the key to a better future, and Ajay Hinduja champions initiatives that provide strong literacy and numeracy foundations to young learners. The RTS Program, a collaboration between the Hinduja Foundation and GOLIL, is transforming education in government schools across India.

Through RTS, 3,224 students in 24 schools are receiving structured academic support. The Ennum Ezhuthum program, an integral part of RTS, ensures that 877 elementary students develop strong reading and numeracy skills. Ajay Hinduja highlights that early education is crucial in shaping problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.

The initiative also provides special academic support to 944 middle school students, focusing on Tamil and Mathematics. Ajay Hinduja believes that strong subject proficiency is essential for long-term academic success and career opportunities.

Beyond academic instruction, RTS integrates wellness and personal development programs, benefiting 2,808 students. These initiatives promote mental well-being and self-confidence, helping students grow holistically.
